Pros

-This is the healthiest environment I've worked in. It's really a breath of fresh air. -Appreciate the flexibility to work remotely or hybrid in the city. -Like many other start-ups, there's so much room for you, as an employee, to grow. I've seen MANY internal promotions during my time here so far which is great. -Professional development stipend -Open door policy - the team is highly open to any and all feedback, both positive and negative, which is great in my eyes -Lots of connection amongst employees. There's always virtual events being planned (happy hour, trivia, holiday events, game nights, etc) -Everyone working here is highly mission driven which I love. The shared goal is to provide affordable access to hearing aids while fostering an amazing customer journey -Benefits & Flexible PTO policy. Aetna has been kick-butt so far, and I appreciate PTO being encouraged -Healthy leadership team -- while this can vary at other companies, I've seen a healthy and compassionate leadership team here which is also a breath of fresh air

Cons

-There is a 401k which is great, but I'd love to see a company match happen in the near future. -I'd love if the company events could be a touch earlier in the day -- more employees might join if the time is adjusted a bit
