Free snacks (usually), a company culture clinging to existence, morals, ethos and values still being developedCons
Minorities don't get the same treatment, pay, and benefits. Frequent "layoffs" impacting minorities/those with disabilities at statistics greater than white counterparts, unscrupulous practices, and mismanagement, overall a joke of an experience. I'll save the intricacies of my findings out of consideration of their "brand" value.
