Aux Vivres is a big company, I had the chance to work alongside several teams in the restaurants, central kitchen and distribution and as it happens in many big companies, communication and follow up can be improved. Is hard to retain employees at the restaurants because of the nature of the job and the fact that for a lot of people, working at a restaurant is only a temporary/seasonal job. However, I know for a fact that every person today in management started as a regular temporary employee and performed many jobs during their career at Aux Vivres in all areas of the company.
