I have been with AVER for the last year and a half. I learned more here than at my former positions in BAH and Peraton, how to be the best recruiter I can be, how to be discerning, how to ask probing questions, how to hire only the best, how to be a partner in the mission to protect and serve. AVER really only hires the best. We never just put a butt in a seat. AVER offers opportunity for growth and to make tangible contributions to the mission at DHS and beyond.
