At the core of our improvement is our management commitment, which has fostered multiple Employee Resource Groups that are driving improvements —and opening opportunities—throughout our organization.

• LEAD by Women (Leadership, Empowerment, Advancement and Development) - This Employee Resource Group is an all-inclusive initiative promoting inclusion and diversity by increasing access to the tools and resources necessary to build leadership skills and accelerate careers. 
• PRIDE at Avient - This Employee Resource Group promotes a safe and accepting environment for all LGBTQ associates to perform to their fullest potential and contribute to the success of Avient.
• HYPE (Harnessing Young Professional Energy) - An Employee Resource Group developed to provide relevant content to young professionals to help them succeed in their careers and adult lives. 
• EMBRACE - Engage. Advocate. Include. Racial diversity brings about new ways of thinking, and improves idea generation and innovation. Increasing racial representation is an important part of Avient’s journey. EMBRACE aims to expand our ability to attract, develop and retain racially diverse talent. We do this by supporting recruiting and onboarding programs and by engaging with our existing associates to build on a culture of inclusion.
