Pros

Not many companies actually practice the values they talk about, but we do here. It's made a big difference in how I feel about my work, and in some ways even changed how I do things in other parts of my life. Plus while lots of tech is laying people off, we're hiring. Pretty much every week at least one new person joins. That feels good, knowing we're still growing even when things are getting in lots of other companies.
