* we value transparency almost to a fault. some of the recent changes and the way they were communicated invited feedback from the greater employee base, which the leadership team owned and listened to all feedback and implemented changes based on employee feedback. I have never worked for a company that values their employees thoughts and feelings like HQ, and likely created more negative backlash than making their decision and sticking to it.The big picture: At Axios HQ, we strive to build an organization that allows employees from all backgrounds and experiences to be respected, and enabled to succeed.
