I started my career at BAO right after college with zero experience in sales. BAO's training and mentorship from management has long exceeded my expectations when first taking this job. To be quite honest, I originally only planned on staying at BAO for a year or two to gain experience. However, I quickly realized the potential of uncapped commission offered through BAO's compensation plan. For someone who is competitive, hungry and motivated, BAO is the perfect place.
