A small, nibble and incredibly smart team. Here are a few pros off the top of my head: -2nd time founders that have experience and past success -Very transparent culture with fair pay (it's at the core of the problem we are solving) -Very large market -Move very quickly without bureaucracy -Thoughtful leadership and people Couldn't recommend more!Cons
This is very much a tech startup. If you are looking for process, training and things like structured onboarding, it's not the place for you yet.
