-Each advisor has a good amount of freedom to manage their practice and team as they see fit. Management has a very hands-off approach that I like. -Paul Blanco's a great CEO, much better than at the previous RIA's that I've worked at. -Depending on your advisor, I've found my compensation to be higher than the average given.Cons
-Some Barnum departments are difficult to get a hold of, especially when it comes to time-sensitive life/disability insurance cases. -Barnum culture is pretty weak.
