BBR is an incredible place to work. BBR truly invests in it's people and it shows in the strong culture. Work/life balance is great. Casual dress code and snacks/free lunches are great too!

Cons

BBR could continue to improve its benefits offerings & policies (e.g. equalizing parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers)
