Absolutely love this company. I have worked for multiple communities of theirs throughout MA & NH and I can honestly say that this is a company that values its staff. There is always room for growth and for continuing education. Employees are supported by Home Office and have resources for whatever they need. Benchmark makes a clear effort to ensure their staff (of all positions) are seen and heard.Cons
Company is very large and the regional directors are definitely spread thin at times. Pay rates across the board are extremely low considering the current economy, inflation, and the amount of responsibilities that each role is responsible for.Benchmark Senior Living Awards & Accolades
