• Updated 3 restrooms at our Home Office to "Gender Neutral" restrooms.
• Celebrated Pride Day! LGBTQ subcommittee sold t-shirts with sales benefitting the Trevor Project. Over $5,000 raised to donate! Even better- Benco Dental has committed to matching the funds raised, making our donation to the Trevor Project over $10,000!
• Celebrated Transgender Awareness Week

The mission of the Benco Family Foundation is simple. We are dedicated to improving the dental health and quality of life in our local communities and around the world.

The Benco Family Foundation annually supports over 100 charities and donates 150,000 toothbrushes to children and families.

Culture & Philosophy

The Benco Continuous Improvement (BCI) team is focused on making the experiences of both employees and customers simple, effective and satisfying.

In addition to improving our procedures and customer experiences, we actively look for ways to improve the communities in which Benco does business in every day. You can find our associates participating in charitable walks, volunteering in classrooms and helping to build homes. We also donate 5% of our profits to charity.

Benco Gives Back: The Community Boosters are a group of Associate Volunteers, who focus on community involvement. Our volunteer hours are continuously improving, as we continue to exceed our goal year after year! We support many nationally recognized charities—big and small. We take every associate suggestion into consideration and participate where we are most needed! ALL associates are welcome & encouraged to participate in Community Booster activities.
