Commitment to Equality: Our DEIB strategy is truly grassroots — it's driven by our people, with incredible support from our leadership team. In 2020, we partnered with Tidal Equality to take a critical look at our current efforts, challenge us to think differently in this space and create a strategy that moves us forward.
Black Employee Network & Friends: In 2020, we witnessed the collective awakening around issues of race and equity. Not only has Benevity created successful donation and volunteering campaigns for our clients to support racial equity and justice, but our internal Black Employee Network has facilitated difficult and important conversations that are leading to true growth and change.
Benevity Pride: We wave the rainbow flag with pride. From parades to pronouns, we embrace and celebrate our LGBTQIA2S+ family here at Benevity. Our Table Talks series explores topics ranging from allyship and mental health to transgender issues, history and more. Pride Month is always guaranteed to educate, entertain and enlighten.
MyGoodness: At Benevity, we walk the walk. Our MyGoodness program connects our people with opportunities to do good in ways that are personal to them and support the causes they care about most. With a 91% participation rate, we’ve donated over $2.5 million and volunteered more than 20,000 hours.
Moonshot Academy: Benevity’s internal education platform has over 1,500 courses on topics ranging from mental health and managing conflict to product training and leadership development. We understand just how important professional and personal development is to career growth and also a variety of LIVE learning opportunities.
