Pros
I have been here since day one. I am very selective of the companies I work for. I spent a solid year looking for a new sales position. A friend of mine recommended this place, and I couldn't be happier. The growth from within is something they stand by. As an agent I was mentored to become an even better sales person than I thought I could ever be. Now as a Team Lead, I am continuing to grow both as a professional, and a human being. It has been a very humbling experience. I did not think there was much growth left for me after what I had previously accomplished in my career, however I was proven otherwise due to the elite people I find myself surrounded with. I honestly can't see myself ever leaving.Cons
