At Imply, we understand that we can do more to improve diversity, equity and inclusion at our company. We are actively working on adding more programs, resources and policies, but wanted to share what is currently offered to our Imployees today. See below for our a sample of these programs.

• Women of Imply: This Employee Resource Group is open to all women and allies. There are weekly meetings and an internal Slack channel dedicated to this group
• Parents of Imply:
  • Another great Slack group where those who are working parents can support each other
  • Fertility benefit offering and paid parental leave
• Juneteenth is a company holiday: We wanted to elevate and emphasize the importance of this date - giving the US employees the time off to reflect and/or give back to their respective communities
