New in 2023!
We’ve created a new program with a pair of resources to boost the personal DEI development of our employee-owners:

• The DEI Calendar will keep professionals informed of key DEI themes and events throughout the year.
• Just in time for goal-setting, the DEI Knowledge Builder Program is a new, optional learning series with courses that will help build understanding, empathy and a culture of inclusion at BV.

The 2023 DEI Calendar gives employee-owners a convenient snapshot of themes and events the company will celebrate throughout 2023, while the DEI Knowledge Builder Program offers DEI courses tied to the themes and events being celebrated each month. Developed in partnership with B&V’s Employee Resource Groups, DEI Knowledge Builder courses range from five minutes to one hour in duration, with most taking less than 15 minutes to complete.

This new program is an opportunity to learn, practice allyship and lean into the sometimes-difficult conversations around DEI. If professionals complete all 12 courses, they’ll also receive a 2023 DEI Knowledge Builder badge that they can display on their profile, recognizing their commitment to DEI and continuous learning.
