Pros
Leadership is very caring, peer to peer support is weekly and supervisors are always available. Changing from community mental health to this practice was a huge breath of fresh air. The clients and parents are motivated and attend regularly. There’s a ton of administrative support and charting is easy.Cons
Higher patient caseload but it’s less work per client with less chatting and no care management so it’s manageable
