• Accessibility, both Physically and Virtually
• Inclusion & Belonging for every Team Member
• Education around each of these areas

We will actively seek members and feedback from each of these communities at all levels of the organization, listening and acting only when we have taken time to understand.

The Committee will provide a safe place for everyone in the Bloomerang Community to bring their whole selves and voice their concerns and ideas, and those of their colleagues, without fear of reprisal. We know we will make mistakes and we will learn from them. We commit to this ongoing process that will require continual review, listening, and vigilance.
