Leadership for our DE&I strategic plan starts at the top, with our Executive Diversity Council, which is chaired by our CEO and made up of Senior Vice Presidents.

Upon hire, all employees participate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Awareness training and are encouraged to explore our nine employee resource groups (ERGs) highlighting and supporting different segments of our workforce. These ERGs for Veterans, LGBTQ, Women, African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, Parents, Emerging Leaders and disAbility Blue offer countless opportunities for education, development and camaraderie.
