Extremely competitive salaries and great workplace flexibility.Cons
Poor team management---HR, workplace operations, and client account management were vested in one person. This meant that there was a conflict of interest at the management level which sometimes manifested in unprofessional behavior and favoritism towards employees. Additionally, there is very little room for upward growth. Much of this can't be helped due to the small size of the company.
