Pros
Pros are that there is a very well set up system to hold everyone accountable. Everyone works as a team, there are assistant managers that are also servers so you have plenty of help on shift. The employee discount was pretty great, they provide a 20 minute break per shift. All food that leaves the kitchen has great presentation and if not managers are very quick to fix whatever issues for the customers.Cons
No matter how much experience you have, you HAVE to start from the ground up (host, busser, to-go and THEN server). It can take minimum 3 months of "B shift" before you can become a server and even when you do become a server you still may have b shifts depending. Also they do tip share. Servers make 4x as much as b shift. Seniority is pretty big there and as it should be. The pros to tip share is that everyone pulls their weight and if not then its recognized. This is a job you have to be willing to take a hit for a few months before you can reach the good money.
