Pros

The company's core values are exhibited by employees each and every day, not by what is said but by how team members work together. The culture is welcoming, engaging, and energizing. The company has a diverse group of very talented and collaborative colleagues everywhere in the organization.

Cons

As a start up organization there is inherent risk prior to product approval but the resilience and optimism of the team for future approval and success is exciting and inspiring.
