Pros
There is a lot of opportunity to take the lead on something. Everyone there is really great and it was fulfilling to know that the outcome of the work was meaningful beyond profit and salaries.Cons
There can be bottlenecks often times because often times it takes the cooperation of multiple independent teams to move something and leadership review/approval. A lot of things can start up and progress quickly but lose steam.
