Pros

Encouraging and positive environment. High pressure to perform but we have great colleagues! High energy, fun, smart and very interesting people! I love my job!

Cons

Processes are new and have less than 50% compliance. Needless to say, lots of disconnects. Work flows need to be tighten up . Very rewarding to support such a world class solution in Cybersecurity software. But young company experiences growing pains, that is normal. Will require commitment of a higher order to succeed here. You
