BSA boasts a highly diverse culture, where employees work across various industries. This diversity fosters collaboration and a rich exchange of ideas among team members. The office is situated in the heart of Ayala Center Cebu, offering a convenient location with easy access to public transportation. I appreciate the responsiveness of my manager whenever I need support and assistance. Their dedication to helping employees succeed is commendable. BSA's HRIS system is top-notch. It streamlines processes and makes tasks such as managing employee data and tracking performance incredibly efficient and user-friendly.

Cons

My experience with the company has been mostly positive, however, there are some areas that could use improvement. One aspect that stands out is the inconsistency in communication. At times, important information and updates seem to be lacking or delayed, which can be frustrating for employees trying to stay informed about company matters.
