Easy to advance career if you are self motivated and willing to put in crazy hours.

Cons

Once management knows you have an understanding they will pile on as much as they can. There is no training for new hires and expression “drink from the fire hose” is a favorite. There are no consequences for associates that are not performing, instead it’s pile on more projects to high performers who are already past capacity.
