Pros

The people, the work, the domain, the benefits. Being a part of a culture like this does not come around that often. Seeing the customer impact with problems we solve is rewarding and the challenges day to day are overall pretty fun to solve!

Cons

Really no cons at this time. Could be some more in person meetups though!
