CaptiveAire is home to over 1,800 employees, 100 sales offices, 6 manufacturing plants, 2 R&D labs, and a nationwide service team. True to our entrepreneurial roots, we utilize a flat management structure, meaning we have very little tolerance for bureaucracy and time wasting. Employees are actively encouraged and expected to solve problems in real-time, and are given all of the neccessary resources to do so. We've found that this allows us to serve our customers to the best of our ability and keeps our team happy and engaged.
