In my time at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies, I have seen a lot of internal growth for employees. There is a lot of focus on growing our talent and while not all roles can be filled internally, that is the #1 question asked from the talent acquisition team - do we have internal candidates that could fill this role? My leader cares about me as a person, checks in with me and helps with solutions if it is something that is outside of my work scope. I like working on CI projects and the company is focused on continuous improvement.Cons
