Pros
Great for people just starting in their careers. Performance doesn't really matter. If a customer complains they'll just shift them to a new account manager. Low standards - show up and collect your check. Great for adding to a resume for future jobs outside of the company to show you "have experience".Cons
Poor management of teams Bad processes between departments (everyone looks to just shift blame) No career growth (unless you want to do traveling sales) Pay is subpar and under national averages (literally any other company is paying $10-$15k more for the same position) Technology/Products no longer cutting edge As corporate as corporate gets - they'll cut your job in a heart beat if it means they can increase their value 10 cents.
