Pros
- Everyone is wonderful. I love my coworkers and I think it's a great work environment. I genuinely feel everybody here cares about each other and the world around them. - Management is open to feedback and willing to try new things - The work can be challenging and rewarding. Lots of learning opportunities if you're open to them. - Some really great clients, I really like getting to work with our nonprofit clients. - Compensation is competitive.Cons
I'm not trying to sugarcoat this company, it has the same struggles as most MSPs. The hours will sometimes be long, the clients will sometimes be a handful, there will be out-of-the-blue emergencies and unexpected deluges of service requests. There is a lack of time for additional training and learning for employees and also it's a relatively small company so there doesn't seem to be much room for advancement at the moment, but I have seen it grow significantly in my short time with Cartwheel.
