The culture at Cask is appealing. There are several Work Life Balance opportunities such as gym allowance, exercise challenges and flexible work schedules. The company believes in promoting from within first and providing necessary training for its employees. The company believes in giving back to the community with volunteering events. Cask believes in transparency between Management and Employee by keeping everyone informed with the direction the company is pursuing and the status of work being bid on.
