Bringing parts and people together for success

5/2/2023 - Program Manager at Oro Valley, AZ

Pros

At Celestica, you are challenged with navigating human capital to work through the challenges of the microchip and semiconductor world for products built and dispersed all around the world. I enjoyed the team I worked with proving that difficult tasks can get anything done with persistence and mutual flexibility.

Cons

The covid experience put incredible strain on several processes. To this day, these challenges are universally felt across all of these archetypes of companies and will be for sometime.

At Celestica, we value the diversity and uniqueness of our employees, knowing that when everyone can bring their true authentic self to work, we perform at our best. We all have different backgrounds, unique perspectives and varied experiences. But wherever we work, whatever we do, our values - teamwork, ingenuity, confidence and care - unites us. With this, we treat each other with respect, value each other’s contributions and foster a work environment in which everyone can thrive.

Celestica’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) connect dedicated employees who share a common identity or similar life experiences. These groups build a sense of inclusion and create an environment in which everyone feels valued and encouraged to be their authentic selves. ERGs are open to any employee who shares the common identity of the group or would like to support the group as an advocate or ally.

History & Market Expertise

Celestica started out as a manufacturing unit of IBM and became a stand-alone company in 1996. And ever since, we have been expanding our footprint, services and technical capabilities to open the door to exciting new markets and customers. We have established a powerful reputation as a partner to which many of the world’s most powerful brands trust with their business.

We partner with our customers to design and engineer innovative solutions to support the most complex products across multiple markets. Some of the innovative technologies we support include data centers, Lidar, EV chargers, medical devices and drones.
