Our Actions

As part of our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, we are committed to:

• Training our employees on various diversity and inclusion programs, including courses such as Unconscious Bias, Bridging the Diversity Gap, and Inclusive Leadership, among others.

• Building a robust bench strength by promoting diversity through recruiting for our entry-level development programs: Talent Development Program and Internship Develop Program.

• Bringing awareness to our operations across our company about diversity and inclusion topics by strengthening our communications.

• Creating policies to promote a more diverse company such as the Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Global Policy, Global Recruitment Policy, and Diversity and Inclusion position paper.

Code of Ethics

The code governs our relationships with all of our stakeholders, workplace safety, health, environmental responsibility, protection of confidential information, conflicts of interest, financial controls and records, and preservation of assets.

Through our ethics committees, training programs, and secure internal communications channels, we ensure awareness and enforcement of the code. We periodically evaluate its provisions and update it when necessary.

A CEMEX driver's primary responsibility is to drive a concrete mixer to work sites and discharge loads. A Ready-Mix Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the ready-mix truck used for the delivery of products connected to the company’s ready-mix concrete operation.
