- EVERYTHING. Great teams, great people, great leadership all the way up to the C suite. - Most emotionally healthy and self-aware group of people I've seen in my entire 20+ year career. - Trust and psychological safety are lived values here, not just lip service. - Great benefits and comp, especially for a small company. - Lacks the "hustle porn" vibe of many small organizations. Great work-life balance, transparency, support, fiscal responsibility, and well-understood company direction. - A safe haven for folks who have been beat up, kicked around, and burned out by the dehumanizing BS of modern tech companies. They truly do things differently here, hire people for their humanity, and keep that trend going across the entire org.
