Pros

Smartest people I've ever worked with with ZERO arrogance. Everybody truly cares about each other as individuals, but that doesn't equate to poor performance-- it leads to employees with shared goals, all working in tandem to achieve them. The product is world class for communities, and the engineering team is improving it at light speed. Everyone from senior leadership down to front line employees is totally bought in and it shows. The off site meetings are super fun too, it's great to be with so many kind and talented people. 100% remote is also a bonus for me.

Cons

None really; company is growing fast and the product adapts to the market quickly, so while there are 'growing pains', they're more so just due to the fact that the product is great and everyone needs to keep scaling it up. Leads to a lot of adapting and growing as the company itself scales, but I think this is a positive thing. If you're not into changes and fast paced growth though, might not be for you.
