Pros

The company's health benefits are much better this year. Our department lead promotes work-life balance, so that is very helpful. You don't feel bad needing a day off or simply taking time off. The company updates from the CEO are helpful. This allows me to gain insight into the company's overall vision. The company now pays above the national compensation average and has created a career path for employees to grow. CleanSpark is a good company to work for, and I would recommend the company to others.
