Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity Council (EIDC): This internal employee group is open to all allies. The council invests in understanding how all Clearcover-ers feel about the workplace and uses data to create a culture wherein all people can feel comfortable being themselves and thrive in their work. We host events on various social justice topics and share resources in our #equity-inclusion-diversity-council Slack channel.
