🤝 Resource Groups 

• Women’s Collective
  • A voluntary, team-led group that brings together women-identified team members at Close to foster a sense of belonging and connection. Our goal is to create opportunities for growth and support for women in technology. Our mission extends to encourage and support any other diverse company groups.
• FUN Committee
  • volunteer led group to encourage teamwork and building connections through monthly hosted events that are open for anyone at the company to attend. These include workshops, games, and social hours.
• Community Groups
  • Our community groups support our overall diversity and inclusion fabric at Close. They help support the exchange of ideas and serve as a space for support, continued education, and development for team members. Examples include #children-of-close for parents.
