Positive outlook

Pros

Cloud Chamber is a young studio full of potential. There are a lot of talented and dedicated game dev professionals who are working on the current project; BioShock 4. It's the first studio I've worked at where they are being super intentional about the culture they are building and actively working on the mental health and well-being of their employees.

Cons

Starting a new studio during a global pandemic was rough. There have been some growing pains, but we are coming out of it stronger than ever. The future looks bright!
