Pros

Great founder, he has very unique approach. work life balance is good, there is no in-time or out-time. time is flexible. currently in hybrid model, no one will compel you or irritate you to come to office and work Table tennis, carrom board, massage chair and other games are available

Cons

one of the interviewer i had interacted has some attitude issue. i spoke to 5 interview panels, all the other 4 panels are really good and very like minded, they feel like we can learn and grow. but not with that one panel member.
