Pros
Pay is better than many other community colleges in other areas (I'm job searching bc of a move). Great professional development trainings and opportunities. Pay is approximately $1000 per in-person credit hour per semester. So for a class that meets 6 hours a week, pay is about $6000 for the semester, paid in 4 chunks. Adjunct Offices available on all campuses with computers and printers.Cons
Inconsistent schedule - offered classes after full-time faculty have their pick. You may have a semester without classes (and thus without pay). Shared office space comes with inconsiderate people who take phone calls, have conversations, or watch videos without headphones.
