Pros

A great group of super talented people working on a product that is both cool and has positive impact. It's really fun to iterate on design and ideas, and you have a lot of reign to build things that feel exciting to you.

Cons

Definitely a long work-hour culture, people motivated to get products built quickly (and put in the time to do so). The expectation is not that you work crazy hours, but the culture definitely is work-centric. A lot of this is because people are passionate about what they are building, but good to be aware of.
