Pros
I love working at Connectly because I can directly impact the product and learn a ton. We have lots of autonomy to build features based on customer feedback and room to experiment + grow. Unlimited vacation is nice - especially during the ski season or when a nice swell comes into to OB.Cons
Lots of context switching. We are a small team, and thus, we wear many hats (i.e. MLEng + MLInfra + MLOps + SWE).
