1. Work from home and work life balance. Co-workers are awesome 2. The software is incredible and advancing quickly. It's very easy to sell 3. The company is growing rapidly, which presents some challenges, but over all it's very positive. The company just got a new CEO and CRO that's going to take this company to the next level 4. Unlimited PTO 5. Technology partnerships with Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, and dozens more 6. Comp and pay are above industry standards

Cons

Rapid growth has led to constant team changes on a quarter by quarter basis. It's a good problem to have, but can make day to day operations difficult at times.
