Pros

I came to CourtAvenue because of the proven leadership. I am now 16 months in and here are some of my personal favorite things about working here: 1. The People: I am continually surrounded by experience and passion. I am learning from the kind of leaders that team members love to follow. There is high respect among the people I work with every day. 2. CourtAvenue learning & development fund: each department is allotted an annual learning sum to continually grow their teams skills and create opportunities for learning. I'm a constant sponge when it comes to L&D. 3. Connectivity: with teams both hybrid (in San Diego, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, LA, Mexico City, Bentonville and Austin) and remote - we come together once a week virtually to celebrate and hear from each other about what is going on in the business. Our internal comms tools have fun aspects (from music to pets to random questions of the week) to help us learn about the people, driving the work. 4. Growth - It's admittedly exciting to meet new team members each month and watch the teams continue to win work with existing and new clients. CourtAvenue does an excellent job of aligning the growth of the company with the growth of people. Leadership has an equitable process for assessing talent for merit/performance increases every 12 months and rewarding/adjusting comp and promoting accordingly.

Cons

My dentist, since I was a kid, doesn't take my dental insurance here.
