- Free Daily Lunch: The company generously provides complimentary lunches every day, which is not only a great perk but also fosters a communal atmosphere during meal times. - Talented Colleagues: The team consists of intelligent and driven individuals who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. It's always stimulating to collaborate with them.

Cons

- Lack of proper onboarding. You're expected to hit the ground running and are given the bare minimum of support. - Unrealistic expectations set from the outset. - Heavy micromanagement by the CEO that prevented effective problem-solving and focus on priority issues. - Lack of adequate resources and team support; only had one junior developer for a senior product management role. - Abrupt termination of contract (with an email sent on a Sunday) without genuine feedback or adequate time for course correction.
