Pros
Unreal snacks, lunch tuesday and thursdays, massage chair, good salary for sales (if you're the managers favourite/Originals and he sends you the hot leads), fitness first pass. If you weren't in sales, you'd have a great time.Cons
Unfortunately the system is rigged for the staff that started years before, ROE was to have an active task, so they just move the due date. The smart sales people have 600+ leads in their name, no activity on them for up to two years and just move a task so it stays in their name and no one else can touch it. Very hard for a new starter to get into the market. You have to negotiate with long term staff that haven't touched a lead in 6months plus to get anything in your name. For a company that's absolutely wonderful with benefits, it's crazy to me that we had to BCC salesforce like we're in the dark ages. All warm/hot leads went one individual they want manager to ensure they had an easy ride to the top. Don't say you're remote when you're not. Every Monday was 'compulsory' and so was every Friday, always spoken so there wasnt a paper trail. Don't think HR was aware of this complete disregard of the contracts signed. A new starter was blindsighted by a message on their second week getting in trouble for following their contract and being wfh on a Monday. Apparently new starters had a 6 month compulsory work in office period, we werent told this. Until the nasty message targeting one individual.2023 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work, Australian Financial Review, 2023 Great Place to Work Certified, Great Place to Work, A Great Place to Work, 2023
