Pros

Excellent culture, amazing coworkers, atmosphere of collaboration. CrossCountry fosters excellent relationships between teammates and with clients. I have trust in my leadership, and leadership trusts me to get my job done. The DEI initiatives are top notch and better than I have ever seen in my career. As they know better, they do better and take criticism and dissent seriously. I am proud to work for CrossCountry.

Cons

The utilization goals for the next few years are lofty and are more aggressive than other competitor firms in the market. The health benefits could be improved.

  • MAVS The Military and Veteran Support group aids veterans and military families across the firm and the community while sharing lessons learned from their military experience.
  • NAPA The Network of Asian Professionals and Allies group recruits, retains, and reinvests in the Asian and Pacific Islander staff across the firm.
  • PRIDE – The PRIDE group exists to promote awareness and education, foster understanding, support the broader LGBTQIA community, and help shape our firm’s culture of inclusivity and advancement for all.

In 2011, we shared a vision for creating a distinctly new type of advisory firm, one that would bring the best aspects from our Big 4 and Arthur Andersen roots along with an unwavering commitment to building the right culture. 

Our practice is based on what we call the “better experience model” which is reflective of a commitment we have to our clients and to our people.

We agreed that the company’s culture would be the most important asset and success factor leading to the recruitment, retention and loyalty of some of the best people in the industry.

From the beginning, we set out to not grow for growth’s sake; instead, we believe in hiring the right people that fit our culture and continuously developing them into great consultants.  If we can do this, growth will take care of itself.

We strive to provide our consultants with a better experience by providing a meaningful work-life balance, challenging work opportunities and continual investment in them, both personally as well as professionally.

We also recognize that each of our clients have distinct and unique needs and challenges.
